![]() ![]() That said, I looked up the specs on the Audient website and it doesn't look like the iD22 and iD44 are exactly the same, spec-wise. The SPL Crimson looks awesome, too, but it's much more expensive and doesn't have ADAT, so there's not much room to grow, if I need it. However, I like the idea of a second headphone input and the extra I/O of the iD44 intrigues me, but even when I was getting paid, I rarely used more than 10 inputs. ![]() I wish I could just use my Metric Halo 2882 2d +DSP, but I no longer own a Mac and, unless something's changed, there's no Windows drivers :( I'd like yo get rid of most of my gear and just stick to the essentials - I really only need 2 inputs right now, and my research lead me to the iD22 (I used to own the ASP008). Currently, I own quite a bit of high-end gear (SSL Converters, Seventh Circle Audio 8 channel pre, several expensive mocs, etc), but I now have a full-time position that pays well and I have no interest in doing this professionally anymore. ![]() I've been out of the recording industry for a while and recently moved into a new home that has the space to get back into it. ![]()
